In September 2013 Mathias was organizer of a joint conference with IBA Hamburg in Germany in his role as programme manager BNA International. Themed ‘Out-of-the-box’ Sustainabilty a number of outstanding Dutch architectural offices went into discussion with their German collegues in order to learn and jointly contribute to Sustainability Goals.
