In 2017 Mathias held a key note lecture at the conference of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Legal Counsellors VVJ. The annual event took place in Utrecht. Co-speaker was Ed Nijpels, member of the Dutch Economic Council SER and renowned politician heading a national energy isolation programme.
